3. Program Description (SMS Service)

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive messages related to our services,

including reminders, updates, and marketing communications.

4. Opt-In Consent

Users must provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications.

Opting in is voluntary, and users can opt out at any time by texting STOP.

5. Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile carrier.

6. Recurring Messages

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Done-for-You Bookkeeping service includes:

• Setting up and maintaining financial records

• Generating reports such as income statements and profit & loss statements

• Regular financial updates and compliance monitoring

• Personalized financial guidance based on provided records

• Monthly detailed financial analysis designed to identify key opportunities to increase;

  2. cut costs, and

  3. maximize every tax deduction available. 

10. Free Financial Analysis Offer

Advisory Lounge offers a free financial analysis for the first 50 eligible businesses who schedule a free consultation.

To qualify, businesses must:

• Be an established business

• Provide all required financial documents, including but not limited to;

• income statements,

• profit & loss statements, and

• bank statements

• grant timely access to accounting software or submit financial documents as requested

  Eligibility is determined after evaluation, and failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner may result in ineligibility.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments for services are due as agreed upon in client agreements.

a retainer of half the total amount or as specified in the agreement must be paid upfront before work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid in full either at the end of the engagement or

at agreed-upon milestones before final submission and release of all deliverables.

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered (please see below #12).

12. Satisfaction Guarantee

Advisory Lounge offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

This means we will revise and correct any information as many times as necessary until;

• Everything is 100% accurate

• All data is fully compliant

• Financial records are up to date

• The results exceed the client’s expectations

  This guarantee does not include refunds, but we are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with our services.

13. Data Security and Confidentiality

All client information, including financial records, personal data, and proprietary business details, is securely stored in encrypted databases. We utilize industry-leading encryption protocols for both file storage and transmission, ensuring maximum confidentiality. Only authorized personnel with proper credentials can access these files, and regular security audits are conducted to maintain data integrity.

14. Limitation of Liability

Advisory Lounge by ASOM LLC is not liable for any financial decisions made based on our services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying financial reports before taking action.
